Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Analyst I to support government and defense‑focused programs for a top Space & Defense organization. This role partners closely with Program Managers to manage procurement, financial tracking, and project reporting across complex delivery orders. The ideal candidate brings strong Costpoint experience, understands government documentation and SLAs, and can confidently manage purchase requests, at‑risk packages, and vendor coordination in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Associates Degree or higher and 3+ overall YOE
Defense / Government contracting background
Strong project‑based accounting experience
Deltek Costpoint familiarity
Experience with purchase request models, costpoints, and approval workflows
Familiarity with Salesforce

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Maintain and manage charge codes, workflows, and financial trackers
Coordinate with PMs, procurement, finance, vendors, and technical teams
Support project schedules, budgets, and reporting across multiple programs
