Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Scrum Master (or candidate with experience leading/managing software product delivery in Agile environments) to join us in support of a DoW Customer. Our team is functioning as the Lead Systems Integrator for a series of mission critical applications (some prototype, some operational).

Duties below:

• Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring operational efficiency and team alignment.
• Provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for business process engagements.
• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics to streamline team performance and ensure effective collaboration.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, including current state analysis, gap analysis, benchmarking, best practices identification, and organizational assessments.
• Plan and implement process improvements, including future state design, change management, and transition planning.
• Partner with cross-functional technical and business teams to define and document system requirements, such as program functions, output needs, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
• Provide oversight for quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and governmental regulations, while identifying opportunities for performance optimization.
• Communicate performance and quality assurance metrics, defects, and issues to stakeholders through tools, ensuring clear documentation and collaboration.

Hourly: 68-76/hr
Salary: 145,000 - 165,000

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience, or Associates and 8+ years experience
-Active TSSCI Clearance
-Proven track record working as a Scrum Master for agile teams (3–5+ years) in enterprise-level, fast-paced, and high-security environments.
-Familiarity working with agile product teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-Working knowledge and understanding of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelining, or cloud hosted applications
