Job Description

The Training & Development function is responsible for deploying training capabilities to supervisors, team leads, and production trainers while supporting the delivery and creation of professional development programs. Through a combination of in-person and virtual instruction, this role supports site transformation initiatives aligned to the TE Operating Advantage, fostering continuous improvement by developing people.

7am-4:30pm M-F

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience training employees and/or trainers in a regulated production environment
• Demonstrated experience delivering hands-on, operations-based training with documented completion records
• Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design, TWI, and/or Job Instruction methodologies
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and enterprise systems such as SAP
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including use of technical terminology in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to analyze complex, high-risk operations and translate them into clear, standardized training steps

Proven experience working cross-functionally within manufacturing and engineering environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Medical device manufacturing strongly preferred, or other highly regulated industries
• Formal education or certification in:
• Training Within Industry (TWI)
• Job Instruction (JI)
• Adult Learning
• Instructional Design
• Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment
• Previous experience training frontline leaders and supervisors
