Job Description
The Product Engineer is responsible for owning a portfolio of parts from initial production through final shipment, ensuring quality, manufacturability, and on-time delivery. This is a highly hands-on role in a manufacturing environment, requiring close collaboration with production teams, engineering leadership, and customers. The pay band on this role is $80k-110k and is dependent on experience and your interview.

Required Skills & Experience
- Engineering degree (typically Mechanical or related field with relevant experience)
- 3-5 years of strong manufacturing experience with hands-on exposure to production environments
- Experience working directly with frontline operations, including interpreting technical drawings/GD&T and solving real-time production issues
- Strong communication skills and personality, with the ability to interact effectively across shop floor employees, leadership, and customers
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with tooling, fixturing, or working with vendors on equipment or dyes
- Exposure to data analysis or process improvement (SPC, process capability, Minitab, etc.)
- Customer-facing experience or working cross-functionally outside of a single team
- Internships, co-ops, or early leadership experience
