Job Description
We are hiring a CMM Programmer to support a growing manufacturing environment focused on precision measurement and quality control. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining programs that ensure parts meet strict dimensional and tolerance requirements. In this role, you will create and run programs for CMM machines and structured light scanning systems, perform dimensional analysis and validate parts against engineering drawings, build inspection programs from scratch using CAD models and blueprints, troubleshoot measurement equipment and resolve inspection issues, and support production teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met. The salary for this role is $70k-$90k and is dependent on your experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years CMM programming experience (must be programming, not operating)
• Experience building programs from scratch
• Structured light scanning/programming experience
• Experience with CMM Manager and ZEISS
