Superintendent

My client is looking for a Superintendent to join their new project team based out of Northern Virginia. This is a massive retro-fit project of structural components as well as a full MEP overhaul of the datacenter that is expected to run for 16 months - 2.5 years. The superintendent will join a team of a Sr. Super, multiple assistant supers, and a super more focused on the civil/structural side. Their day to day responsibilities will be full time onsite, managing different subcontractors, walking the jobsite to identify project status and help solve problems, and rely all updates to internal leadership.

- 5+ YOE as a superintendent MINIMUM, preferred target 7-15 years of experience
- at least 3 years experience in a data center or mission critical environment as a superintendent or maybe an electrical or HVAC foreman
- OSHA certification
