Job Description
· Built on AWS infrastructure, across both GovCloud and commercial partitions.
· Utilizes a microservices architecture and adopts cloud-native managed services whenever and wherever possible.
· Operates under a modified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across four primary Agile Release Trains (ART). Each Program Increment is 12-weeks in duration.
· While separated from the enterprise IT, the Foundry coordinates activities across networking, security, monitoring, and incidence response with GAO's Information Systems and Technology Services (ISTS).
Maintains active Authority to Operate (ATO) at both FISMA moderate and high levels granted by GAO's Chief Information Officer in coordination with the Director of Information Systems Security Group (ISSG).

Required Skills & Experience
1. Current Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); AWS Security Specialty certification preferred
2. Minimum 8 years of directly relevant cybersecurity experience in public sector environment (federal experience preferred) in configuration of security controls across infrastructure, applications, networking, solutions, and services at FISMA low, moderate, and high levels
3. Experience creating ATO packages and completing ATO assessments
4. Experience supporting simulated cybersecurity incident response exercises
5. Ability to coordinate and collaborate closely with the Cloud Architect, Cloud Engineers, and developers
6. Experience operating within a SAFe or similar agile operating environment and commitment of availability
