Job Description
This role will support multiple Volunteer Experience governance initiatives, providing the structure, disciplined execution, and cross-functional coordination needed to successfully deliver improvements across our volunteer ecosystem. This is not a traditional task-based project management role; it requires operating at both project and program levels to drive a complex, multi-workstream transformation with robust planning, coordination, and accountability across departments. The Project Manager will serve as the integration point for the Volunteer Experience program, ensuring all concurrent projects stay aligned and on schedule to achieve key roadmap milestones.

Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years of experience in project or program management
Highly qualified in stakeholder management, relationship building, and change management
Experience with JIRA or Confluence
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in a association/membership organization
PMP or Agile/SCRUM certifications
