Technical Program Manager

• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to design AI experiences and innovate and incubate new AI solutions while operationalizing a newly formed organization.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to operationalizing a new team by building business insights dashboards, portfolio health dashboards, reporting cadence, data ecosystems, and technical artifacts.
Design and build scalable Power BI solutions, including datasets, semantic models, measures, and reusable reporting components.
Apply best practices for tabular data modeling, metric calculations, and reporting design.
Optimize report performance and reliability through efficient model design, refresh strategies, and query optimization.
Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business questions into durable metrics and dashboards.

Minimum 4 years' experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Fabric & Power BI (building dashboards)
Minimum 4 years' experience with SQL or Python
Minimum 4 years' experience with Program & Portfolio Management (Rhythm of Business Execution)
