Job Description
The Project Manager (AI PM) will lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives focused on advancing and operationalizing artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities across the organization. This role is responsible for driving project execution, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery using established project management methodologies. The AI PM will work closely with a Business Analyst to translate business needs into actionable plans and will help mature enterprise project management practices through the implementation of modern collaboration and project tracking tools. The pay range for this role is $60-$68/hr.
This position is ideal for an experienced project manager who understands AI concepts at a practical level and can guide teams through change, ambiguity, and innovation in a structured, outcomes-driven manner.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of professional project management experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).
Proven experience working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments.
Working knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts (hands-on technical development not required).
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across departments simultaneously.
Experience developing, maintaining, and executing detailed project plans.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience in higher education environments (strongly preferred).
Experience with Banner ERP systems (preferred).
Experience with Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) (preferred).
