Job Description
-Respond to telephone calls, take messages, and direct callers or visitors to requested staff.
-Prepare correspondence, reports, memorandums, and emails for distribution across the organization.
-Assist with travel vouchers.
-Arrange conference calls and schedule meetings.
-Compose calendars, schedules, and itineraries.
-Monitor and provide inventory control for office supplies

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s + 10 years experience OR Associate’s + 15 years experience OR High School/GED + 20 years experience
-Current active Secret Clearance
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Teams.
-Proficiency in video conferencing technology, including Video Tele Conferences, Webex, and Zoom.
-Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
-Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
-Familiarity with military customs and courtesies
-Understanding of Department of Defense processes.
