Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a TS/SCI cleared Endpoint Policy Analyst sitting three days onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. This individual will support the DoW’s Endpoint Security Program by helping shape and maintain endpoint security policies, requirements, and guidance across an evolving cybersecurity landscape. They will collaborate with DoW Components and vendors to evaluate security technologies, align tool capabilities to program objectives, and support endpoint security initiatives across the Department. This individual will also analyze endpoint reporting and metrics to identify trends, support program effectiveness, and inform security-related decision-making.

Compensation:
$50.00/hr to $54.00/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of IT or cybersecurity experience with a Bachelor's degree in a cybersecurity-related field, or 9+ years of IT or cybersecurity experience if holding a non-cybersecurity degree or no degree
• Experience with endpoint security, network security, and endpoint hardening
• Knowledge of Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) capabilities
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and principles
• Experience developing and publishing cybersecurity policies, requirements, and guidance
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders
• Experience creating and delivering briefings, presentations, and executive-level communications
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, track tasks and deliverables, and support teams in meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of the Department of War (DoW) and its Component organizations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in the DoW CIO, OSW, or a Military Command at the Pentagon
• Experience with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)
• Experience with Cisco Identify Service Engine or Forescout
• Experience with Microsoft E5 or G5 suite such as MDE, Intune, Entra ID, and Purview
