Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an individual with a background in International Agreements to support a high-level DOD engineering office in Alexandria, Va. This individual will be responsible for coordination of meetings with US officials and foreign counterparts - including drafting read-aheads and helping with meeting minutes. They will also coordinate with the International Cooperation Office (IC) to develop staff Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Project Arrangements/Agreements (PAs), Equipment and Material Transfer Arrangements (E&MTAs), Working Group Terms of Reference (TOR). They must have a strong background in international working agreements related to S&T or RDT&E related activities.

Hourly Rate: 55/hr
Salary: 140,000

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience, or Masters and 6 years
-Secret clearance
-Experience with any of the following: Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Project Arrangements/Agreements (PAs), Equipment and Material Transfer Arrangements (E&MTAs), Working Group Terms of Reference (TOR)
-Experience coordinating projects or correspondence between US officials and international partners
-Experience or background in foreign policy assessment within S&T or related subject areas
