Job Description
• Coordinate marketing campaigns tied to market expansion
• Help ensure new locations quickly develop brand presence and visibility
• Work closely with the sales team to produce materials that support client development
• Travel to newly acquired companies and new NECC branch locations
• Help introduce NECC into new markets through coordinated marketing and communications
• Capture the history and reputation of acquired companies and translate them into compelling platform narratives
• Work closely with leadership to ensure messaging reflects the company’s strategy and values
• Assist with marketing around key project wins and client relationships
• Support local business development events and industry engagement
• Manage and improve marketing collateral and brand consistency across locations
• Coordinate website updates, LinkedIn content, and marketing announcements
• Help maintain a cohesive brand as the company expands across multiple regions

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development
• Strong writing and storytelling ability
• Comfortable interviewing people and capturing company histories and narratives
• Willingness to travel regularly to NECC markets
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in construction, real estate, or commercial services is helpful but not required.
