Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with a focus on Billing/Collections to join the team in Alexandria, VA. This is a hybrid role, supporting a federal integrator in the electronic security space. This position will start 5 days per week on site through training period, and then go to 3 days on site, 2 days hybrid.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and/or adjusting invoices ranging from $10,000 to $1M+
- Collections for outstanding invoices from customers
- Answering customer questions
- Supporting renewal process and sales compliance reporting
- Front end billing process all the way through collections process

1+ year of professional experience in administrative role, ideally with exposure to billing/collections
Excel experience
MS Office experience
Excellent communication skills
Driven and proactive
Ability to obtain a govt clearance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Invoice creation / collections experience
Govt / Federal experience
