Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to lead large-scale multifamily and resort construction projects throughout Utah. The Project Manager will act as the overall leader of assigned projects, overseeing all aspects of project execution from preconstruction and startup through closeout. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, project teams, and overall project success. This role will be a full-time opportunity located in Salt Lake City, onsite 5 days/week.

Required Skills & Experience

-8+ years of construction project management experience
-Experience working for a General Contractor (GC)
-Proven success managing multifamily, resort, hospitality, or similar large-scale commercial construction projects
-Strong understanding of construction means and methods including:
○ Concrete
○ Site work and soils
○ Shoring
○ Dewatering
○ Structural construction processes
-Experience managing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and cost control
-Strong contract and subcontract administration experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Multifamily construction experience
-Resort or hospitality project experience
-Healthcare or medical construction experience (considered transferable)
-OSHA 30 Certification
