Insight Global is seeking a lead systems engineer to deliver essential program management and business analysis expertise to our government customer. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of reliability technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and statistical techniques. In this role, you will analyze performance reports in accordance with industry standards and evaluate preliminary plans and reliability engineering programs to meet U.S. Air Force reliability objectives. You will provide guidance and support to the customer in developing and implementing closed-loop corrective action principles, tracking hardware and software (HW/SW) improvements, and monitoring operational performance over time for the nations next-generation weapons designs.
Compensation - $55/hr. to $68/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Currently hold or can obtain a Secret Clearance and eventually a Top-Secret Clearance.
Bachelors or Advanced Degree (Masters / Ph.D.) in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
Ability to sit onsite 5 days a week, Monday Friday / Offers Flex Hours (40hrs. Per Week).
7yrs of related Systems, Reliability, and/or Maintainability experience (5 years with a Masters / Ph.D.).
3yrs of technical leadership experience within a related field.
2 years minimum of Reliability and/or Maintainability experience or a masters degree in related field.
Proficiency in evaluating and modeling subsystems with high Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time Between Maintenance (MTBM).
Experience including any of the following: designing for reliability, availability, maintainability, supportability, and logistics; system integration and testing; conducting maintainability and reliability demonstrations; planning and executing growth testing; and performing sparing analyses
Executing Data Collection, Analysis, and Corrective Action Systems (DCACAS), including Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action Systems (FRACAS).
Acquisition development using Reliasoft products and Reliasoft (XFRACAS) tools.
Strong technical background in developing Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
Implementing Corrective and Preventative Actions (RCCA/PA).
Active Secret or Top-Secret Clearance.
Familiarity with INCOSE ASEP or CSEP.
Experience with OCMP Model User or Model Builder Intermediate (OCSMP-I).
Worked with DoD programs and/or weapons systems.
Relevant ICBM weapon system experience.
Conducting trend analysis, both systemic and non-systemic, and root cause analysis.
