Experience creating/tuning monitoring alerts and dashboards.
Highly analytical and organized.
Ability to document processes and create runbooks.
Infrastructure/distributed system troubleshooting experience.
Certifications: CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar.
Advanced networking knowledge (MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VPN).
Scripting and automation (Python, Bash).
Firewall management experience.
Understanding of VoIP systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with network security tools (Wireshark, SNMP).
