Job Description

Our client in the Carlisle PA, area is seeking a talented Quality Engineer. The quality engineer, will work on a team of four other quality engineers in the large manufacturing warehouse traveling between two plants, one located in meadville pa, and the other in Carlisle PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering principles, experience with quality control processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.



* Quality Assurance & Control:

* Conduct regular inspections and audits for products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

* Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product consistency and reliability.

* Data Analysis & Reporting:

* Analyze quality data, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.

* Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management, highlighting quality performance and improvement initiatives.

* Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality concerns and implement improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field- Associates and applicable experience may equivalate

· Minimum of 4 solid years of experience

· extensive quality engineer expertise

· Application software experience

· Experience with SAP

· SQL Experience

· Flexibility is key; daily tasks may shift based on production schedules and urgent quality issues.



· Continuous learning and adaptation to new quality standards and technologies are vital for success in this role.
