Job Description

A chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Operational Technology (OT) Support Lead to support a global OT modernization program focused on change management, governance, and multi-site coordination between over 50 locations. This person will complete impact analysis, risk assessments, and mitigation plans before a site implementation and secure the required approvals prior This individual will serve as a key liaison between site operations, engineering, cybersecurity, and IT teams to ensure successful execution of security, backup and recovery, asset management, and network segmentation initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), cybersecurity governance, and change management within a manufacturing, chemical, refining, utilities, or industrial environment. They will be responsible for the coordination activities between site personnel, cybersecurity teams, engineering teams, and external vendors along with project milestones, deliverables, and implementation schedules. They will also be responsible for obtaining asset inventories, network drawings for site risk assessments, support for Acronis software deployment, and backup coverage and restorability.

This role has a pay range around $100/hour.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience supporting Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), or manufacturing technology environments

Experience leading and coordinating Management of Change (MOC) processes

Cybersecurity background with knowledge of IEC 62443, the international standard for securing Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

Experience with distributed Control Systems (DCS)

Experience working with network infrastructure and industrial network architectures

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience utilizing ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
