Job Description
Responsible for overseeing daily construction operations, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget while maintaining a safe jobsite. Serves as the primary field representative for this construction company, coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and project management teams to drive productivity, quality, and successful project execution. Utilizes construction management software to track project activities, expenses, communications, and site progress.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience as a Commercial Healthcare Construction Superintendent
• Experience overseeing ground-up and renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of concrete, framing, and finish carpentry
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and daily jobsite operations
• Proven experience enforcing jobsite safety standards
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, and owners
• Computer proficiency (email, project software, expense reporting, photos, time entry, site management)
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with restaurant, healthcare, warehouse, office, or design-build projects
• Previous experience working for a commercial general contractor
• OSHA certification
• Experience with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, etc.)
