Job Description
• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple large-scale construction projects. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for project planning, financial performance, risk management, client relationships, and mentorship of project teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with Kelley Construction’s standards and objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
• 8+ years of commercial healthcare construction project management experience
• Experience managing large/complex commercial construction projects (project spend minimum 25 mil)
• Proven leadership experience overseeing PMs, APMs, and project teams
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial management skills
• Proficient with Procore
• Experience with project scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred)
• Subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and buyout experience
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with GMP proposals and preconstruction
• Design-build project experience
