Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to join one of their top supply chain customers. This individual will be joining their Cyber Security organization and will serve as a platform owner and team lead over their IAM/IGA technology, specifical SailPoint. While this individual needs to be hands on within the platform as it pertains to provisioning, AD, etc., they will also take charge on process improvements, enterprise integrations and managing a smaller team of analysts who provide L1 and L2 support. This person is expected to be technical, while also serving as an SME in IAM/IGA best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years experience with SailPoint, emphasis on IIQ
-Proven experience acting as an IGA (identity governance and administration) platform owner, ideally with SailPoint – maintaining end to end services of the platform from incident resolutions, integrations, provisioning etc., while also providing solutions and efficiencies

-Prior experience leading/managing teams
