Job Description

A global IT solutions and hardware provider is seeking a mid-level sales representative to join their OEM. Original Equipment Manufacturing, organization. This individual will be researching and generating new leads to pass on to the channel sales team as well as follow up on existing leads from tradeshows and other lead-generating activities. In addition, this person will be involved in social media/marketing activities for OEM related products and initiatives, as well as some outbound client outreach. They will combine their industry knowledge and technical skills to source new leads for their customer-facing counterparts via LinkedIn and in-house lead tracking tools. 75-80% of this role will be analyzing, generating, and qualifying leads and social media activities, and 20% of the role will include customer outreach activities. This role can sit remotely and may require minimal travel. This role will be working either CST or EST hours depending on location.



Pay rate is 29/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years of experience in a sales representative role with strong focus on social media/customer communication, and lead generation

In-depth experience generating new leads via LinkedIn and other lead-generating platforms

2-5 years of experience in product sales and/or technology solution sales

1+ years of sales experience in one or more of the following industries: healthcare, security, retail, IT hardware manufacturing, software

Base knowledge and interest in IT hardware

Go-getter and highly motivated even under little supervision

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

LinkedIn Certifications

Technical or Creative Writing background/experience

Local to Atlanta or Houston
