Job Description

A client is seeking a Principal Marketing Project Manager – Campaign Operations & Alliance Programs to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a high-volume portfolio of integrated marketing campaigns.

This role is designed for an experienced project management leader who can quickly step into a complex, cross-functional environment, drive operational excellence, and establish scalable campaign management processes. The successful candidate will manage commercial media campaigns while building a repeatable operating model that enables the team to sustain campaign execution after the engagement concludes.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong project management discipline, exceptional attention to detail, and deep knowledge of alliance marketing processes, including experience working with partners such as Microsoft, Intel, and AMD. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain flawless execution under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Day To Day:
• Manage a portfolio of commercial marketing and media campaigns
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, launch trackers, and campaign dashboards
• Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Media, Creative, Legal, Finance, Analytics, Agencies, and Alliance teams
• Drive campaign intake, planning, approvals, launch readiness, and post-launch reporting
• Manage Microsoft, Intel, and AMD alliance requirements, approvals, IDs, and compliance processes
• Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and operational gaps
• Facilitate status meetings, executive updates, and working sessions
• Standardize campaign execution processes and governance structures
• Create playbooks, SOPs, templates, training materials, and operating procedures
• Train Marketing Activation Specialists and ensure successful knowledge transfer
• Build a scalable campaign management framework that remains after the engagement ends

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Project Management experience supporting Marketing organizations
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from intake through launch
• Strong campaign operations and marketing execution background
• Experience building project plans, timelines, trackers, dashboards, and governance processes
• Experience working across highly matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders
• Experience developing and documenting repeatable operating models, playbooks, and workflows
• Experience running campaign approvals, launch readiness, and execution processes
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience training teams and transferring knowledge to internal resources
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Microsoft, Intel, or AMD alliance/co-marketing programs
• Partner-funded marketing program experience
• Technology industry experience
• PMP, Agile, PROSCI, or related certification
• Experience with media campaigns and campaign operations
• Experience working with agency partners
• Experience building governance models and approval workflows
• Experience supporting Product Marketing or Demand Generation teams
