Job Description
An employer is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to drive monetization initiatives and create new revenue streams through innovative subscription models and ad tech solutions. The role involves implementing cutting-edge marketing solutions for PC platforms while working with consumer level customers on security solutions. The ideal candidate must possess a basic understanding of technology/SaaS based projects, along with a business-minded approach and the ability to accelerate projects from day one. This role is onsite at the client site in Houston, Vancouver or Palo Alto 3 days a week and the hourly pay ranges from $47.30/hr to $5.85/hr depending on location.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in project management within technology or software companies
Hands-on experience with monetization strategies and revenue stream development
Proven ability in managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Strong knowledge of ad tech, marketing technology, or subscription-based business models
Enterprise-level software implementations experience as a Project Manager
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
