Insight Global is seeking an AI Community Technical Specialist to join a growing social engineering and community engagement team within the gaming technology space. This individual will serve as a technical representative for AI-focused products and experiences, helping develop AI skills, agents, and prototypes while acting as a trusted resource for the broader user community. The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical foundation with excellent communication skills and a passion for AI, gaming technology, and community engagement. Over time, this person will also participate in live community-facing events, demonstrations, and product discussions.

Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of professional experience with a technical or software development background
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including LLMs and AI tools/platforms
Demonstrated interest in AI through projects, research, or hands-on experience
Strong understanding of gaming hardware and performance concepts (CPU, GPU, system performance)
Solutions-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Quick learner who can rapidly absorb technical concepts and product knowledge
Comfortable presenting technical information and willing to participate in live community events
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Educational background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
Experience building or managing online communities
Active involvement in platforms such as Discord, YouTube, Twitch, or similar community channels
Public-facing content creation, streaming, or technical evangelism experience
