Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a highly-motivated TS/SCI Program Manager to support a Federal client in San Antonio, Texas,
- Apply knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Process and/or DOD Acquisition Lifecycle
- Advise on both initial and revised acquisition documents to ensure consistency
- Aid in development and review of Acquisition Strategy Plan, Lifecycle Management Plan, Program Protection Plan as well as various other acquisition based documents.
- Maintain working knowledge of overall program needs and status to be related to division leads and above
- Provide general management expertise to program as a whole
- Write and review deliverables and requirements to be distributed to the field

Required Skills & Experience

- Active Top-Secret SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management supporting cyber infrastructure
- Experience supporting the DOD Acquisition Lifecycle through the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Process
- Strong understanding of DOD 5000 Series
- Ability to work with a team in an Agile environment utilizing Jira and/or Confluence
- Strong communications skills and comfortability interfacing with government customers
