Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a high-level Change Management Consultant to support our Oil & Gas client's Enterprise Change Readiness (ECR) center of excellence. Amongst various projects, the Change Manager will manage three distinct but critical main midstream projects—FuelFacs Enhancements, Digital Twins, and ePermitting—impacting a massive user base of 1,000 to 8,000 employees across pipelines, terminals, and marine operations
Location: Remote / Travel as needed to Midstream sites (Terminals, Pipelines, Marine)
Main Project Scope:
• FuelFacs: Managing change for functional enhancements to the existing Terminal Management System (TMS)
• Digital Twins: Leading the adoption of virtual asset modeling for predictive maintenance and simulation
• ePermitting: Streamlining and digitizing regulatory and environmental permit workflows
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including impact assessments, engagement plans, and resistance management for a diverse workforce.
• Executive Messaging: Create high-impact PowerPoint Decks and messaging for the Leadership Team (LT) to ensure alignment and sponsorship.
• Process & Role Mapping: Facilitate workshops to document "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" processes, ensuring roles are clearly defined as new technologies are introduced.
• Hybrid Delivery: Adapt change deliverables to a mixed methodology environment—applying Agile principles for digital tools while maintaining structured "Go-Live" runbooks for operational rollouts.
• Training Support: Partner with Learning Services to curate training content, job aids, and eLearning for a large-scale population.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience: At least 8+ years of dedicated Change Management experience, specifically at an Oil & Gas Organization within heavy industrial sectors (Midstream/Pipelines/Marine)
• Large-Scale Rollouts: Proven track record of managing technology transitions for 1,000+ end users
• Methodology: PROSCI certification
Deep knowledge of structured frameworks like Prosci (ADKAR) and CCMP, combined with experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and translate complex systems like FuelFACS (TMS), Digital Twins, and automated permitting for non-technical field staff
• Communication: Elite-level PowerPoint and executive presentation skills; ability to influence diverse stakeholders from field operators to the C-suite.
