Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Engineer, Research & Development for a leading regenerative medicine organization. This individual will join a multidisciplinary R&D team focused on developing next-generation cell- and tissue-based products, therapeutics, and innovative assays. The ideal candidate will play a key role in prototype development, microfluidics engineering, stem cell research, and assay miniaturization while collaborating closely with scientists and technical teams to advance products from proof-of-concept through development. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly technical engineer passionate about biotechnology, regenerative medicine, and developing cutting-edge solutions that can transform healthcare outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or related scientific field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with microfluidics and cell gene therapy.
Knowledge of cGMP, cGTP, CLIA, FDA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Master's or PhD in a related scientific discipline
• Experience using SolidWorks or Fusion 360 for prototype design
• Programming experience with MATLAB, COMSOL, and LabView
• Experience using Fluigent and ECIS platforms
• Proficiency in 3D printing and 3D bioprinting
• Experience in wound healing biology, bone biology, cell-based therapeutics, or regenerative medicine
Experience with statistical software such as Minitab, Spotfire, or GraphPad
