Job Description
An employer in San Antonio is looking for an Electrical Estimator to join their team! This individual should come from a field background and have experience in delivering and working on jobs of minimum valuation $2M. Their functions and tasks will include - estimating a project and what goes into it, bid reviews and internal handover meetings, coordinating and communicating with GC’s. Projects will range from smaller projects like electrical upgrades, remodels and build outs to larger million dollar ground up/new build projects.

Required Skills & Experience
- Journeyman Electrician / Superintendent / Foreman
o Field experience – run work and contributing to delivery for renovations / new construction and remodels
- Ground up experience estimating jobs ranging from 500K to 12M
o Types of jobs: All commercial projects, Higher education, K-12, Healthcare, Retail, Core and shell, some industrial
- Proficient in estimating technology, preferred Accubid
- Client facing background walking jobs with clients and customers to create estimations
