Job Description

- Operational Efficiency and Continuous Improvement - analyze current lifecycle processes to identify bottlenecks and operational risks, develop and implement solutions that remove barriers to success for both internal teams and external customers while improving efficiency, consistency and scalability
- Scalability/Enablement Support/New Launches/readiness - Ensure successful product launches into OTC by developing operational readiness plans aligned with Sales go-to-market strategies and ensure system billing models, SKUs and operational workflows are prepared before products go live
- Risk mitigation and program readiness - identify operational gaps during new product introductions and pilot programs proactively and address/resolve roadblocks to ensure a seamless customer experience while enabling product teams to take ownership of any gaps on complex or early stage offerings
- Ops Triage and Exception Management - Manage exceptions with limited fallout, create repeatable workflows for one-off problems that reduce future disruption, track issues and patterns to identify automation opportunities and long term process improvements to support and benefit sensitive Sales initiatives
- Elite Support - Develop parameters for OTC Elite Support as a service, Commitment to excellence and urgency, Develop parameters, operational procedures and escalation paths that reinforce a commitment to customer success and practice cross functional collaboration. Partner with sales, product managers, finance and global support teams to ensure OTC processes meet both business and customer needs
- Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure OTC meets business AND customer needs, testing and documenting processes, working with overseas teams on development initiatives, Contribute to documentation process, design testing and user acceptance +Testing UAT for new systems or product capabilities
- Manage day to day contract and subscription operations, resolve discrepancies, manage merges, credits and rebills, system uploads, and urgent issues related to onboarding and billing
- SME in CPQ, My Subscriptions, Aria, Artemis, Oracle, and SharePoint workflows to manage data, drive accurate reporting, accuracy in renewal billing, ease collections efforts, execute cancellations, data integrity across platforms
- OTC Reporting - build reporting package to deliver monthly to Finance and business leaders, Revenue recognition visibility, forecasting development via data analysis, assist the business with insights to subscription sales trends
- *Manage some manual subscription billing and accounting for errors or ad hoc requests from customers to adjust or realign renewal dates, support payment inquiries, billing inquiries*

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in eCommerce, SaaS &/or OTC roles
- Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel. Proficient with Word and Power Point.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Additional education and/or certifications: Master’s degree
- Experience within Lean Six Sigma or other CI methodologies.
- ERP systems experience, especially Oracle
