Job Description

The Physical Therapy Assistant provides treatment in a family-owned outpatient physical therapy clinic treating orthopedic, neurological, and sports medicine conditions. The role involves single-session treatments with a caseload of 2–2.5 patients per hour. Patients range from school-aged through elderly, including high school athletes and active adults. The PTA works collaboratively with Physical Therapists to carry out established plans of care and document treatment sessions. This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM position with no nights and no major holidays.

Required Skills & Experience

Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Texas

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Outpatient orthopedic, sports medicine, or neuro experience
Experience treating athletes or active populations
Comfort working with a wide age range (school-age through elderly)
Prior experience in a private practice or family-owned clinic
