Job Description

The Warehouse & Office Coordinator provides temporary support for shipping, receiving, inventory management, and special operations projects while assisting with general office administration. Approximately 75% of the role will focus on warehouse and logistics activities, with the remaining 25% dedicated to office administration and facility support. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient operations, accurate inventory records, and organized workspaces throughout the Plano office and warehouse environment.

Ray Rate Range: 20-25/HR

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse, Shipping & Operations Support (Approximately 75%)
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing packages and equipment.
• Coordinate shipments through UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and other logistics providers.
• Track inventory, equipment, and materials to ensure accurate records.
• Maintain organized warehouse, storage, and staging areas.
• Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Support special operations projects, including organizing, relocating, cataloging, and disposing of equipment and materials.
• Assist with workspace cleanouts, office moves, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues as needed.
• Maintain shipping documentation and inventory records.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment and materials as required.
• Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team to complete assigned projects and operational tasks.

Office Administration (Approximately 25%)
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Order and maintain office and warehouse supplies.
• Assist with employee onboarding logistics, including workspace setup and office access.
• Coordinate office vendors, maintenance requests, and facility-related needs.
• Schedule meetings and manage conference room reservations.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, logistics, office administration, or related experience.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages and materials as needed.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
