Job Description

An employer is looking for a Sr. Development Data Analyst in the Plano, TX area. You will primarily be tasked with enabling data-driven decision making across the client’s global corporate development function. This role partners closely with Global and Regional Development teams, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high quality reporting, insights, and analytics that drive growth and optimize unit economics. The analyst will lead the development of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability across global markets. Responsibilities will include:
Reporting & Dashboarding:
- Own and continuously enhance weekly and monthly Development reporting and dashboards, improving automation, efficiency, and system integration
- Partner with global stakeholders to standardize reporting processes and ensure data accuracy across regions
- Lead unit economics tracking through systems such as AIS and iLumen, acting as the primary liaison between Development, Finance, and third-party partners
- Identify opportunities to streamline data flows and improve visibility for leadership decision-making
Projects & Analysis:
- Support strategic projects focused on unit economics, development performance, and growth initiatives
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support cross-functional teams, delivering actionable insights and clear recommendations
- Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives that inform business decisions
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within development data to guide strategy
Project Management & Data Governance:
- Own end-to-end data collection processes across global markets, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive accountability in data inputs and outputs
- Maintain structured, scalable data processes that support global reporting and analysis needs

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years experience financial/ business data analytics, economics/ statistics
Well versed in data visualization/ reporting tools -Domo, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
Basic data analytics experience- Advanced Excel skills, basic SQL
Experience operating in a global organization
Knowledge around corporate development and leveraging/ gaining consumer insights to create strategy
Bachelor’s in Finance/ Accounting, Economics or analytics field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience building data visualization reports
QSR or franchise industry knowledge
Advanced SQL skills
