Job Description
An employer is looking for an AI Ops Engineer to sit remotely. You will primarily be monitoring, supporting and troubleshooting AI/ ML systems, pipelines and deployments. You will resolve model deployment issues, ensure system scalability, support data pipelines and collaborate with ML engineers/ data scientists. You will resolve any issues impacting the performance of models, deployment failures, perform root cause analysis for system issues, document results and identify ways for process improvement. You will leverage monitoring tools to identify when issues arise, partner with MLEs/ data scientists to support new solutions, automate repetitive tasks and help enforce data governance standards. Required Skills & Experience
3+ years experience in machine learning operations, data science or AI operations
Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker)
Familiar with AI/ MLOps tools and frameworks (MLflow, SageMaker, Kubeflow)
Experience with CICD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
Experience with monitoring/ alert tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, PagerDuty)
Strong Python and SQL skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of ML model lifecycle management
