Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Application Production Support for Global HR Applications at a large financial institution. The ideal candidate is responsible for providing support to end users and responding to issues related to incidents and problem management for multiple applications, focusing on leading triage activities on all business impacting incidents. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with incident management and problem management policies and procedures. Job expectations include serving as a key focal point for the customer, client, and associate experience and restoring any impacts to those experiences regardless of where the root cause of the impact lies. This candidate is required to come on-site 3 days a week in Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of IT experience in production support with exposure to Level Two production support tasks.
• Experience on working with Oracle/PL SQL, OBI, Hadoop, Collibra, Informatica, Unix/Linux, Autosys, Bash scripting, windows/networking basics.
• Hands on experience with Splunk Enterprise and Dynatrace monitoring tools
• Experience with on-call support for triaging problems, coordinating with various support teams across the organization and carryout activities related to incident and problem management.
• Strong expertise and understanding of Incident, Problem, Change management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• ITIL / SRE Certification
• Exposure working on global teams
