Job Description
Oversee RF‑focused Special Test Equipment and government‑furnished hardware across multiple secure, complex laboratory environments.
Coordinate and lead lab hardware activities and teams, ensuring equipment is staged, available, and ready to support engineering and test execution.
Manage a team responsible for the setup/teardown of hardware, basic cabling, and visual troubleshooting, escalating deeper technical issues to engineers or specialized teams as needed.
Ensure accurate inventory tracking, documentation, and compliance with government property management and security requirements.
Coordinate with calibration owners and support audits and inspections by maintaining calibration status, traceability, and procedural discipline.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience supporting laboratory operations, test environments, or government‑furnished equipment in regulated or secure settings.
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required
Experience managing Special Test Equipment and government‑furnished hardware, preferably within RF‑heavy or electronics‑focused labs.
Strong procedural and compliance background, including inventory control, documentation, and adherence to government property management and regulatory standards.
Proven ability to coordinate and lead lab activities and personnel, including hardware setup/teardown, basic cabling, first‑level troubleshooting, and direct support of engineers during test execution.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting RF testing, radar systems, or defense programs with complex lab and security requirements.
Blend of technical lab experience with strength on the procedural and compliance side.
