Job Description
Insight Global’s client is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to support and grow their financial advisory business within an independent insurance agency. This is a permanent role based in the Greater DFW area, ideal for a licensed advisor who enjoys outbound prospecting, meeting clients face‑to‑face, and building lasting financial relationships. This position offers the opportunity to step into an established book of business while also building new client relationships and playing a key role in the long‑term growth of the department. This role is hybrid, with time spent in the office, on the road, and meeting clients in their homes or offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and actively solicit new money and business through cold and warm outreach (heavy outbound focus)
• Review new prospects and update client financial information in Salesforce
• Provide money management support and financial guidance to clients
• Service existing clients, including account updates, withdrawals, and contributions
• Set appointments and conduct client meetings in-office, on the road, and at client homes or offices
• Handle client inquiries related to:
-Life & Health Insurance
-Medicare Supplements
-Retirement products
-Mutual Funds
-IRAs
-Annuities
• Cross-sell financial and insurance products based on client needs
• Attend community events, networking opportunities, and chambers of commerce to generate new business
• Maintain detailed activity, notes, and pipeline tracking in Salesforce
