Position Summary
The Superintendent manages daily field operations for assigned portions of the project and ensures subcontractors perform work safely, efficiently, and according to schedule and quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily subcontractor activities.
• Prepare and maintain short-interval schedules.
• Conduct daily planning meetings.
• Perform quality inspections.
• Coordinate inspections and testing.
• Maintain daily reports.
• Resolve field conflicts.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety requirements.
• Coordinate deliveries and site logistics.
• Work closely with the Project Manager regarding schedule and procurement impacts.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
• 5+ years commercial construction experience.
• Previous Superintendent experience preferred.
• Data center or mission-critical experience required
• Strong preference on experience with tenant fit-out portion/trades and sequencing
• Strong blueprint reading and scheduling knowledge.
• OSHA 30 required.
