Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Project Manager to help a large defense customer through their enterprise transformation. The Senior Technical Delivery / Project Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise infrastructure initiatives, partnering closely with SAP development teams, business workstreams, architecture, QA, infrastructure, and external vendors. On a day‑to‑day basis, this role coordinates complex, cross‑functional activities to deliver integration and interface objects for major program go‑lives, manages project plans, risks, budgets, and dependencies, and ensures adherence to enterprise delivery standards. The role also supports production releases, cutover planning, and post‑deployment stabilization while driving continuous improvement, transparent communication, and alignment between business and technology stakeholders.
Compensation: $70-75/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years as a Senior Technical Program Manager / Delivery Lead driving large, complex enterprise initiatives
- Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale technical delivery or transformation programs
- Strong background coordinating SAP S/4HANA development, integration, and interface delivery
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated strength in cross‑functional coordination across business, IT, QA, infrastructure, and vendors
- Experience supporting go‑live readiness, cutover execution, and post‑deployment stabilization
- Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills with clear executive‑level communication
- Hands‑on experience with project management tools (Planview, Microsoft Project, Visio, Office suite)
- Ability to drive process improvement, delivery metrics, and lessons‑learned practices
