Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Management Program Manager to support its Skills-Based Organization (SBO) transformation and other strategic HR initiatives. This role will serve as the central coordinator across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, HRIS, and business leaders to ensure projects are executed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• • Lead and coordinate multiple HR and Talent Management workstreams related to the Skills-Based Organization transformation.
• Create project plans, manage timelines, and track risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Facilitate meetings across Talent Management, TA, HRBPs, HRIS, Total Rewards, and business leaders.
• Develop executive presentations, dashboards, status reports, and governance materials.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and accountability across teams that do not directly report to the PM.
• Translate changing business needs into actionable project plans and priorities.
• Identify risks early, escalate when appropriate, and provide solutions and recommendations.
• Support change management efforts and help transition initiatives into sustainable long-term operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years of program/project management experience supporting HR, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or transformation initiatives
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong project planning, executive communication, facilitation, governance, and change management skills
• Experience managing project plans, milestones, RAID logs, decision logs, and executive updates
• Ability to drive accountability and influence stakeholders without direct authority
