Insight Global's legal client is a full-service law firm representing institutional and private lenders in multiple states across the US. Their expanding practice includes foreclosure, bankruptcy, consumer collections, commercial finance, complex litigation, appellate practice, regulatory compliance, and attorney closing services.
D2D:
Manage active caseload of cases in the real estate, creditors rights, and civil litigation space.
Work closely with internal team members and clients on ongoing and upcoming cases, providing detailed updates, communication, and progress updates.
Utilize case management software to manage assignments, upload documentation, and articulate legal concepts.
Attend court appearances for litigation matters alongside client and internal team members.

Required Skills & Experience
Member and in a good standing of the State Bar.
5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ right practice.
Litigation and court appearance experience.
Able to manage assigned matters with a solid foundation in civil procedure, motions practice and loss mitigation.
Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the creditors’ rights practice.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Soft skills: self-starter, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
