Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Project Manager to support and execute a range of internal IT and business initiatives. This role will be responsible for independently driving projects from definition through execution, while also supporting larger, cross-functional transformation programs. The ideal candidate is a disciplined project manager who can partner effectively with business stakeholders, bring structure to ambiguity, and deliver outcomes with minimal direction.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Delivery & Execution
o Lead end-to-end execution of small to mid-sized projects across IT and business functions
o Support larger strategic initiatives through coordination, tracking, and execution of key workstreams
o Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables with clear accountability
• Requirements & Business Partnership
o Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
o Translate high-level ideas into structured, actionable plans
o Ensure alignment between business needs and IT delivery
• Governance & Communication
o Establish appropriate project governance, including status reporting, risk tracking, and decision management
o Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership
o Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive resolution
• Execution Leadership
o Drive progress and hold contributors accountable to commitments
o Operate independently with limited oversight, ensuring projects stay on track
o Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery outcomes
• Process & Structure
o Apply project management best practices, tools, and discipline across all efforts
o Bring structure and clarity to loosely defined initiatives
o Continuously improve project execution approaches and standards

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a corporate IT or business environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with varying complexity
• Strong experience working across IT and business teams
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive work forward without constant direction
• Experience contributing to large-scale organizational or operational change initiatives
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Exposure to enterprise IT environments, including infrastructure, applications, or data/analytics initiatives
• Experience supporting or contributing to organizational transformation efforts (e.g., operating model changes, vendor engagement models, or process redesign)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar)
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification (preferred but not required)
