1. 6-8 years of Epic Reporting experience preferably in Clarity report development on Revenue data model and Clinical data model
2. Strong Clarity data models knowledge for Professional and Hospital billing workflows
3. Strong knowledge on SQL and able to perform SQL optimization.
4. Strong experience on database tools and Oracle developer or SSMS and SSIS/packages etc.
5. Experience working with application SMEs and Business Users to analyze Business Rules and requirements, and translated them into Business Study, Business Process Models and Requirement Documents.
6. Independently designed and developed Clarity reports ad-hoc, SAP crystal reports
7. Global team work experience, hand-off to off-Shore during Development, Testing and UAT phase while working with cross-functional teams.
8. Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, JIRA , ServiceNow preferred
9. Have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
10. Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
11. Ability to identify issues, prioritize and problem solve to resolution.
12. Willingness to take up new opportunities.
13. Ability to multi-task in a busy and constantly changing environment.

2: Active Certification in Cogito, Clarity Data Model, Caboodle Data Model, Clinical Data model, Revenue Data Model.
