An O&G client in Houston, TX is looking for a Revenue Accountant to join their Owner Relations Accounting Team. This role will start as a 3 month contract with possibility to extend and will be focused on Owner Inquiries and other projects. This role will work a hybrid (Mon-Thurs in office, Fri remote) 9/80 schedule with half-day Friday's.
This role will be primarily responsible for the following:
*Respond to Owner Inquiries perform analysis, work with Revenue, Land Data Management, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and other departments when necessary to formulate a response to owners.
*Process returned checks perform analysis and work with Land Data Management to resolve.
*Assist with projects as needed.

5+ years of accounting experience within Owner Relations or Revenue
Oil & Gas industry experience
Proficient in SAP (PRA module preferred)
Proficient in SAP PRA & EnergyLink
