Job Description

Our client is looking for a contractor that can support the Change Management team. The Mid-level Change Management contractor will help prepare and build change management deliverables for the Global Workday Project. The project has already established a change management strategy and a communication plan. This person will assist with global stakeholders and coordinate readiness activities for the project.

Required Skills & Experience

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years' experience as a Change Management resource
- Workday Recruiting
- Experience with Workday implementations
- Experience utilizing Workday implementations across a global scale (multi-country projects)
- Experience with communication and coordination surrounding readiness activities
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries and understand change requirements
- Ability to draft communications and work with project managers
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
