Job Description
The Escrow Production Lead plays a critical role within the Centralized Escrow Production organization, overseeing large-scale back-office escrow production functions that support multiple lines of business. This role manages production execution through a blended onshore/offshore delivery model, ensuring service level commitments are met while driving efficiency through centralization, standardization, and data-driven decision-making.
The Lead is responsible for overseeing approximately 120 offshore production staff located in Lahore, Pakistan, who execute high-volume escrow production work. This role maintains ownership of production pipeline visibility, capacity planning, workflow effectiveness, and performance outcomes to ensure client needs are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing centralized escrow production activities, including:
○ Opening escrow orders
○ Ordering and tracking payoffs
○ Sending welcome packages to buyers and sellers
○ Managing back-office escrow production functions
• Ensuring production work is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with internal standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Leading and supporting a hybrid onshore/offshore team structure, partnering closely with offshore leadership to manage daily output, quality, turnaround times, and escalations.
• Managing escrow production pipeline, workload distribution, and staffing capacity across centralized operations.
• Using analytics and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and making data-backed recommendations to leadership.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow standardization, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams (Escrow Operations, Technology, Quality, Training) to implement process improvements and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of escrow operations experience, including exposure to back-office or centralized escrow production functions.
• Proven experience overseeing escrow production teams, including direct or indirect management within high-volume or offshore production environments.
• Strong understanding of escrow processes, timelines, and production dependencies within a title insurance environment.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Experience managing production pipeline visibility, workload allocation, and capacity planning.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across geographically distributed teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working within a centralized and standardized operating model.
• Prior responsibility for workforce optimization, capacity forecasting, or productivity modeling.
• Experience supporting or managing large offshore production teams.
• Familiarity with escrow production KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics.
• Experience working within a large national title insurance underwriter or shared services organization.
Exposure to process improvement methodologies or operational transformation initiatives.
