Insight Global is seeking a QC Manager for a leading Cell and Gene Therapy client supporting late-stage clinical and commercial readiness programs. This individual will provide technical and operational leadership for advanced analytical testing platforms including flow cytometry, molecular assays, and ELISA. The role blends hands-on laboratory expertise with people leadership, regulatory compliance, and method lifecycle management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced GMP environment, brings deep CGT analytical experience, and plays a critical role in transitioning innovative therapies toward commercialization

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of Quality Control or related lab experience
• 3 years of managerial exp
• Experience with flow cytometry assays
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Proven background improving training, SOPs, and QC processes
• Strong, hands-on experience performing and reviewing assays, with deep expertise in assay processes and deviation analysis.
Able to step in as an SME before scaling and leading a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior experience in a commercializing or near-commercial lab
• Leadership experience building or mentoring QC teams
• Experience in high-deviation or fast-growth lab environments
Strong cross-functional communication with R&D and leadership
