Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support large-scale mission critical data center projects. The Project Manager will manage multiple responsibilities across the full project lifecycle, including estimating support, RFIs, submittals, cost tracking, and closeout activities. Depending on the size of the project, they could be working on one single project or a few, supported by a small team (typically 2–3 direct reports), while still requiring hands-on execution alongside their team. Strong leadership, accountability, and organizational skills are extremely important for success in this position.

Required Skills & Experience
5-8 years of Project Management experience
1-3 years of Data Center experience
Mechanical / Electrical Background
GC background
Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, estimating support, and project closeout.
Strong leadership skills
Willing to travel within Texas (minimal)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Mission critical construction background (Data centers, healthcare, life sciences, or other uptime-sensitive environments)
Familiarity with high-pressure schedules, inspections, and turnover requirement
Demonstrated growth trajectory
Commercial construction experience outside of data centers
Experience on large-scale data center projects as the primary PM
Background in both mission critical and commercial construction
